Crown Reduction – This involves reducing the overall size of the crown, while maintaining the trees natural shape.
Crown Thinning – This is achieved by selectively removing the small branches to reduce the crown density.
Stump Grinding – This reduces the tree stump to a pile of wood chips mixed with soil. It removes the stump together with major supporting roots directly adjacent to the stump. Any other roots will remain within the soil. Arising debris will usually be left in situ unless otherwise agreed.
Felling – This is the removal of a tree altogether. Felling trees is not always as easy as it sounds; confined spaces and nearby buildings can make the taking down and removal of a tree a complicated business. By using ropes and lowering devices we ensure the branches are lowered in a safe and controlled manner.
